The Eventuri S55 Chargepipes are fabricated from high-temperature prepreg carbon fiber. The construction utilizes multiple carbon layers which are applied with cross-directional weave patterns to increase the strength of the parts. Each pipe has machined stainless steel rings embedded in the openings to provide extra strength in the clamping areas. The pipes have smooth bends and reliefs to provide an efficient flow path for the pressurized air to negotiate from the turbos to the cooler. By ensuring there are no sharp corners and exposed faces, the turbos are able to operate as they were designed with the OEM charge pipes.
